It uses rhythmic motions, linked with conscious breathing, and chanting. What to expect: 1. Tuning -in with the mantra "Ong Namo, Guru Dev Namo" 2. Pranayam or warm-up 3. Kriya 4. Relaxation 5. Meditation 6. Closing with the blessing song, "May the Long Time Sun Shine Upon You." A Kriya is a set of exercises, similar to a flow in other types of yoga practices.
You must cancel your booking via the Fit by Wix App 2 hours prior to class. Walk-ins are acceptable, but we will cancel the class 2 hours before if no one is signed up. Check the schedule and if the class is on the schedule and the registration is closed, then walk in and sign up in person.
