Moon Goddess Movement + Sound Bath

45 Minutes of movement to tap into our fiery feminine side and open the chakras! Lavender will lead us through buti inspired flow  combined with a cool down with juicy restorative stretches. Then let's take a mini-break and if you tend to sweat a lot bring an extra set of dry clothes to change into before the sound bath. Props are provided for you to grab as you head back into the studio for the Sound Bath. Optional: bring your own props like an esential oil blend/eye pillow/blanket/pillow and anything to help you relax.
