Hot 26

Experience the transformative power of the hot 26 sequence at our Hot Yoga Studio. This traditional Bikram Yoga sequence features 26 postures and 2 breathworks, designed to challenge and invigorate practitioners of all levels. 

Buti Burn

Hot Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, tribal dance & conditioning, with a focus on deep abdominal toning through the Buti Yoga Spiral Structure technique. We leave out the cardio and plyometrics to bring on the heat.

Kundalini Yoga

Rhythmic motions, linked with conscious breathing, and chanting. What to expect:

1. Tuning in with the mantra, Ong Namo, Guru Dev Namo."

2. Pranayam/Warm-up

3. Kriya - yoga flow 

4. Relaxation

5. Meditation

6. Closing with the blessing song, "May the long time sun shine upon you." 

Yoga Nidra

Need better sleep at night? Candlelight Yoga Nidra is the answer. Yoga Nidra means "yogic sleep." It is an ancient meditation technique where one enters a deeper state of conscious relaxation, verging on sleep, where our senses, intellect and mind can completely let go and rest. In dreamless sleep, we are free from the concepts of time, space, and reason. When this happens, the brain activity reduces and the body goes into a healing state, cleansing the mind and releasing emotional bagggage from the subconscious.

Align 119

Experience the transformative power of yoga at Align 119. Our hot yoga studio offers a dynamic and challenging practice inspired by the Baptiste Yoga tradition. Our vinyasa sequence includes standing balancing poses and backbends, providing a full-body workout that will boost your physical and mental strength. 

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice that combines strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Our classes feature a creative flow sequence that is designed to challenge your body and focus your mind. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the day. 


Our Vinyin hot yoga class is the ultimate way to relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. This innovative class is half gentle vinyasa and half Yin, providing you with the perfect combination of strength and relaxation. Our certified instructors will guide you through each pose and challenge you to push past your limits.

Hot Barre

Experience a full-body workout like never before with HYC Hot Barre. Our isotonic and isometric movements combine the grace and strength of ballet, the core engagement of pilates, and the flexibility of yoga. With bumping music and a heated room, you'll sweat, tone and lengthen your muscles. Three classes per week and you'll start seeing amazing results!

Hot Barre: Basics

Welcome to Hot Barre: Basics, the perfect class for those looking to get their feet wet in the world of hot barre. In this class, we'll explore the fundamental principles of HYC Hot Barre, a unique blend of ballet, pilates, and yoga. Our experienced instructors will guide you through primary movements and techniques, emphasizing a neutral spinal alignment and avoiding tucking. Take this class to gain confidence and build a strong foundation for your practice.

*1st Sunday of every month at 1:30pm and every Thursday at noon.
