Hot 26
Experience the transformative power of this traditional Bikram Yoga sequence features 26 postures and 2 breathworks, designed to challenge and invigorate practitioners of all levels.

Hot 26 w/ Music
has minimal dialogue and music is played while the instructor practices with you and leads you through the poses.
Restore
A mixed Yin and Restorative yoga class by candlelight combines the deep tissue stretching of Yin yoga with the deep relaxation and nervous system calming of Restorative yoga. It involves longer holds in poses, using blankets, bolsters and straps to support the body, and aims to promote both flexibility and a sense of calm.
Flow
Flow is Power Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice that combines strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Our classes feature a creative flow sequence that is designed to challenge your body and focus your mind. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the day.
Yoga Sculpt
If you’re looking for a way to get stronger, more flexible, and improve your cardiovascular system, look no further than our Yoga Sculpt class. This upbeat heated power vinyasa class features weights, cardio bursts, and isotonic movements to take your yoga practice to the next level. Our certified instructors will guide you through each pose and challenge you to push past your limits.
Hot Barre (60min + 45min)
Experience a full-body workout like never before with HYC Hot Barre. Our isotonic and isometric movements combine the grace and strength of ballet, the core engagement of pilates, and the flexibility of yoga. With bumping music and a heated room, you'll sweat, tone and lengthen your muscles. Three classes per week and you'll start seeing amazing results!

Hot Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout that strengthens core muscles and improves flexibility. Using a mat and Magic Ring, it emphasizes controlled movements and breathing for physical and mental well-being. Suitable for all levels, it enhances posture, balance, and coordination while providing a full-body workout.
Advanced Hot Barre
(60min + 45min)
We add more intensity to our regular barre classes. This class is recommended for regular barre students. We add combination movements with ankle weights and sliders to intensify the muscle build and burn
Move
A 60 minute experience of strength, stretch, and body exploration through contemporary dance-rooted movement designed to help you connect with your body with intention and presence. No dance experience is necessary, all levels welcome!
