About the event

Arrive in your pajamas to the studio, and bring your mat and your pillow. We will start off the ceremony with "cheers" tea and circle time. Shelby will lead breathwork and restorative yoga to unwind before the most healing holiday sound bath with Amber. We look forward to seeing you! $25 Members $35 Nonmembers Venmo payment to Amber @Amberna85 to purchase a ticket.
