About the event
Blossom into Spring 2025 with 108 Sun Salutations accompanied by a healing sound bath with Amber. You will listen to crystal bowls, healing instruments, and mesmerizing gongs while Mattie and Shelby guide the salutations. Everyone is welcome, and there's no requirement to complete all the salutations to participate in this memorable event. We'll track all 108 salutations, allowing for breaks and rest as needed, and the room temperature will be maintained at 85 degrees. This is an unforgettable experience! Limited space is available.
