General Discussion
Hi, everyone. My name is Katherine and joined the yoga family last November.
Since then I've done 26 sessions to include Hot Barre, Align, Butti, and other cool sessions to round out my journey.
During this time my flexibility has increased, I have sharper focus, my anxiety has decreased, and my clothes fit much, much better. Though I have long way to, the journey itself has been life changing. The fellow students are also a great motivational asset.
